Had to study frame x frame to finally determine the lady cycle destroyer is coming towards us, while navigating directly behind the Truck/Van/TravelTrailer/RV at the curve. So, instead of sitting behind the T/V/TT/RV, she begins a quick dart around him and into the oncoming lane, where a dark maroon(?) colored small car ran head-on into her while staying in his lane, but continuing on, leaving the scene. What an ass-clown to haul ass. But, then I looked again at the video and noted that the clearance between his R side and the upward angled road edge/scraggly dirt/weeds/and bushes slope ...that he kept going due to no immediate rumble strip to drive on. People there seem to be pretty casual about the blood pooling around her head.   |

I actually think that is rolling brain material at bottom of screen. Nothing blobs and rolls like that. Plus it leaves a nice blood/cerebrospinal fluid slick behind it. Watch for it.
