I think the rider f'd up. It looks like he accelerated at exactly the wrong point in the maneuver. He was mid-swerv when he accelerated. The front wheel went light on him and the bike tried to straighten out, while he was leaning over. He ended up dancing on his rear tire. I always stayed away from acceleration until after the mid point in the turn, then when you accelerate the bike helps you straighten out from the turn.
