Rider is likely dead, driver is absolutely going to be jailed/prisoned, but - that - shoe!!! Distance!!! Just to point out the obvious though, the rider was going waaaaay too fast for conditions (and much faster than surrounding traffic), and from a visibility standpoint, really wasn't punching too big a hole in the scenery. The P.O.S. driver is still at fault, but the biggest fuck up was driving away. Really thought they were going to do the right thing at first. |

Oh fuck there were TWO people on that bike. Thought the second person was a backpack at first. Both people lived. Injuries non-threatening. Helmets worn. Still looking for driver. Temple Hills, Maryland.
