J. R. V. Z. was riding his motorcycle and a tractor trailer overtook a pick-up truck invading the opposite lane and hit the motorcyclist causing the rider to fall next to his bike. The impact was so strong that one of his arms ripped off his body. He also had an opening in his skull. He died.
