Biker Hits Guy Making a Sudden Move
colombia. Both received moderate injuries and were brought to the Hospital. Also a male pedestrian on the sidewalk was hit by the bike but wasn't injured.

im not sure who's more at fault there. thats a road but it seems most pedestrians are using the middle of it instead of the sidewalk.

Both? Pedestrian was dumb for standing in the road in the first place, but that sudden move without looking around was even dumber, biker was going quite fast cuz why not  |
