That old man better watch out! This guy is clearly in The Pinwheels, the city’s roughest motorcycle gang. You can tell because he has little pinwheel on his handlebars.

Also, aim for behind your obstacle’s path. The biker had that choice and he chose wrong.

This is an emerging traffic hazard of e-bikes/e-cycles traveling the bike lanes at non-bicycle speeds. Most cops around here ignore them, but people don't look for high speed vehicles in bike lane. I'm sure we will see plenty more of these crashes.
