Regardless of the rights & wrongs of any particular incident, IMO when you don't have a hard shell around you for protection travelling at a speed higher than you can quickly stop is a bad idea. If you are in the right and dead, you're still dead. |

Seremban district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Hatta revealed that the incident occurred at 10:35 am on Wednesday and the vehicles involved were a Yamaha Y15ZR motorcycle, the rider was a 44-year-old man, and a Nissan Sentra sedan, driven by a 66-year-old woman. He said that according to the preliminary investigation by the police, the motorcycle was driving from Anbangan towards Ballet. When it arrived at the scene of the accident, the suspected car driver did not stop when the red light turned red, but ran through the red light and drove right, resulting in a head-on collision with the motorcycle. “The accident caused injuries to the motorcyclist’s face and body and he was sent to Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital in Seremban for treatment.” |
