Re: Biker Hits Car and Falls Under Oncoming Truck and Dies
It's crazy to think that of all the places he could have went under that truck, it was just where there was CCTV coverage so we could have a second video. I know, I know, we're nine billion down here and the laws of probability and shit, but still... |

Re: Biker Hits Car and Falls Under Oncoming Truck and Dies
I sometimes thought about that but imagine all the accidents that didn't get caught by a cam or all the accidents where they don't hit a car/truck whatever. must be at least tenfold and we just don't know about those accidents. We mostly post the stuff when it really goes wrong or else it gets boring. |

Re: Biker Hits Car and Falls Under Oncoming Truck and Dies
Yes, that's what I wanted to say when I referred to the laws of probability, great numbers, etc... We don't see a quarter of the half of all the shit that really goes on, when you think of it in the time it took me to write this, at least 10 people died in accidents worldwide, and we barely know about ten a day Same thing when we jokingly say that third-world countries cannot drive motorcycles and shit, we have the same problems in our first world countries, they are just vastly overrepresented in what we see here due to different approaches to death... At least that's what I like to think |
