I don't believe the guy on the motorcycle list his head. Maybe helmet but if you look close I think his head is still there.

The police informed the man that his head was shaved by the goods of the truck, the man was okay. A truck with cargo hit the head of an electric motorcycle rider on the side, and a black object dropped from his head. This scene caused heated discussion. On May 7, the Liaoyang Traffic Police notified that the incident occurred on March 24. The wooden board transported by the truck exceeded the right side rail of the carriage and hit Wang Mouhong who was riding normally. Wang Moubo, the truck driver, did not notice. The driver of the electric ride wears a cotton hat on the head that flew off. |

Took off his helmet. If you look closely you can see he ducked his head lower or it fell forward, maybe lost consciousness

the truck driver wouldn't have felt it - particularly with the load that hit the rider flapping about in the wind like that it could be argued that the driver should have seen what happened, but in this situation, the oncoming truck would have taken his visual attention |
