I like how the mattress just cradled his fall so perfectly. Let's hope he didn't slam into that post and suffer injuries.

I'll take a mattress falling off a truck any day over a ladder or some other sort of equipment, in a way you can say he was lucky

The worst would be a cast iron chair, with the legs pointing towards you as you approach. I NEVER stay behind any vehicle with an open load. Stuff that is tied on with string is just asking for it. Just this weekend I dodged an electric stove that fell out of truck when it turned in front of me. Luckily low speed, and I didn't hit it.
