Agreed, not his fault...but totally avoidable if he was riding safely. He wasn't driving safely from the moment he entered the video ILLEGALLY passing the camera car and he was riding the center line so closely because he was looking for his opening to pass the next car ahead of him. You have to ride motorcycles as if you are invisible to other drivers if you want to live.
