I didn't notice any kind of traffic light at this intersection. I wonder who was at fault (as if it mattered). The biker probably didn't survive the wreck. Another great post kellyhound.

id say the lines that vaguely can be seen either side of the car might be give way markings . i could be wrong but they do seem to be on both sides of the road .strangely no give way signs are present though.one of those council lets wait till theres a death situations till we spend money to install them moments.

Well I dont know who was supposed to stop but it seems like the bike was hauling ass! Even if he had the right of way, the guy on the bike was a jackass. When I had my bike I always paid alot of attention at intersections just for this reason. I hate to say it, because I rode a motorcycle for a long time, but the guy in this video had it coming.
