Biker Falls when Parked Car Door Opens Before a Tanker Truck Runs Him Over
The victim was overtaking a tanker truck on the right when a parked car opened its door, causing him to fall into into the lane where the tanker truck was traveling. As a result he was fatally crushed by the wheels of the truck. He was identified as Armando A.P. He was a well-known and beloved teacher.  |

Pretty hard to survive that level of weight when it drives over you.  How does this country view this kind of accident!?!   Will the door opening person be held accountable for this?  |
