Bikes don't like to carry much weight unless it is in the middle where the engine and rider are. This poor guy had too much weight in the back behind him and in the hard bags, as well as a bogus handlebar-mounted fairing. Once the right frequency of wobble starts, it is really hard to stop. Best not to attach crap to bikes.
