This exact thing nearly happened to me as a kid. Was riding as a passenger with my older brother driving the bike and we almost went sideways over a 20'-30' foot cliff that dropped to a rock strewn brook below. I often wonder what would have happened. It was only a 170cc Honda bike but having that thing fall on me or getting my foot caught in still spinning spokes or the fall itself might have changed my life forever.
