Biker Dies After Being Hit Hard by a Car at an Intersection
Brazil, May 8, A motorcycle driver, 37, was hit by a car at an intersection. Video shows the driver of silver colored Fiat Uno did not respect the "Stop" sign and at very high speed collided with the motorcycle.  With the impact,the biker was thrown off his bike and got to spin in the air. The helmet was torn from the victim, who was rescued but did not resist his injuries and died in surgery. The case was presented to the delegate on call, who investigates the driver's blood alcohol status and requested further investigations. The defendant was eventually released at the custody hearing, two days after the case.  The driver runs the risk of being charged for killing, driving at high speed and being drunk. The images from two angles show the details of the sad, shocking and fatal accident. |
