I think you're right, Skott; looks like he pulled over and came back to check up on him. Bit of a cunt not to check his blind spot before changing lanes, but it looks like the motorbike rider was attempting a high-speed lane-split and paid the price for it.

Considering the lack of attention nearly every driver in this vid shows I'm still not sure who is at fault. Maybe the Motorcyclist saw the other guy and tried to avoid.... who knows for sure.
