Bike gas tanks are usually right under the instrument console. (My Harley has 5 gallons right between my legs) The sheetmetal probably snagged on something during the crash, and opened the tank up. Plus plenty of sparks from scraping metal, and off you go. He looks like he was pretty lucky, though. Still walking. |

Weirdly not unusual. If you watch vehicle accident compilations, you see a ton of drivers making left turns from middle to furtherest lanes. It’s bizarre. Like how does that make sense to you as a driver to turn like that? |
