Bike Couple Flying Through the Air After Head-on Crash with Taxi
A cabbie invades the wrong way and hits a motorcycle and makes the couple spin in the air in Brazil. Due to the strong impact, the victims were thrown through the air. The woman even spins in the air several times before falling to the ground. Soon after the accident, the ambulance (SAMU) was called in and helped the couple. The two were taken consciously to the a health unit. The Civil Police was in the accident and performed a breathalyzer test on the taxi driver, but the test was negative for the driver. She can answer for wrongful bodily injury, but cannot be arrested, as the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB) considers the action a criminal offense with less offensive potential. |

Her helmet stayed on, so at least she might be able to recover with out fatal head trauma....
