In the incident, the 24-year-old victim was riding a motorcycle first and collided with a cyclist who was on the left side of the road at the time. The impact of the collision caused him to fall onto the road before being run over by the trailer truck involved. The moments of the accident were also recorded by the dashboard camera at the scene. North Klang District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner S Vijaya Rao said, in the incident at about 8.30 in the morning, the victim who is a local man was on his way to work from Kapar towards Meru.

"The victim who was riding a Yamaha Legenda 115Z motorcycle at the time of the incident tried to cut off a trailer before hitting a bicycle on the left side of the road. The collision caused the victim to fall onto the road before being run over by the trailer while the cyclist who was hit by the victim also fell," he said in a statement on Wednesday.
