I'm not sure what to make of this...but, overtaking certainly isn't against the law and I would argue the person who pulled out of the junction is probably at fault for pulling out without looking both ways?

But then there was a lot of cars in slow moving traffic. Bit of a hard one to call.

they're not, it's just ALL their crashes are caught on tape so you end up seeing a lot of russian accidents.
