 Fucking idiots having babies. After that dumbass mother walked back to the car with her baby, it looks like she put the kid in the front seat and closed the door.   It does not look like she had the time to seatbelt him in. |

They were driving with the light on inside the car as well. I dn't know about anywhere else but that's illegal in the UK.
