actually although this guy was being a fucking idiot, the car is at fault. look where he stopped his vehicle. no reason to stop half way into the intersection. you stop before the intersection normally and if you have the right of way and safe to do so, proceed.

look where the car stopped at. thats not a safe place to stop at an intersection

Where I come from unless theres clear Stop-signs in intersections, then the car had the right to go first because it was coming from the bikers right side. Same accident would've probably happened anyway even if the car would've just continued moving.
