No emergency lights at all on the ambulance. Without sound there isn't any indication the driver warning that a emergency vehicle was approaching.

There could have been some kind of headlight flashers on the ambulance, don't know, but the ambulance had a red light, did not even slow down approaching a controlled intersection. I thought ambulance crews had a lookout riding up front with them. It doesn't show it in the video but I would bet that a building is on the corner that blocked the car driver's line of site.

The lights at that intersection are weird, but it looks to me like the ambulance ran a red light.
