Looks like it was all set up and planned as a propaganda video. Why would they be all lined up with video rolling and an ambulance rolls by driving irratically without lights? Then they don't fall according to physics, when struck by a moving vehicle you will move in the direction of the vehicle, not straight backwards. I say it's fake.
