Re: Ambulance Driver Found Not Guilty of Vehicular Homicide
Considering the hours some paramedics work, as well as other factors. I'd be happy that someone who clearly did this by accident is not in prison, and is able to continue to help people who are in need of it.

Re: Ambulance Driver Found Not Guilty of Vehicular Homicide
thanks for your view on it. I just feel like seeing the video, hearing the crash and knowing someone died from carelessness that was repramanded with a $225 fine isn't enough. If I were part of the victims family I would not want to know that this guy was able to keep his job. And I feel like if this guy was tired and wasnt paying attention as he should be especially with this job that he has, he should have had his partner drive while he rests in the passenger seat. I guess him knowing that he killed someone is as much punishment as he will get. Since $225 is nothing. |
