Left front tire was seriously bald and it was spinning a bit. It might have kept the forward motion up if it had a normal tread. I think the tranny or drivetrain might have failed for the Suzuki to lurch backward like that. But even an engine stall might have triggered the descent at that climbing angle. I never seriously hillclimbed in jeeps - just foolish. I did a little of that on dirt bikes as it is easy to bail, but not much. Easy to ruin your equipment on hill climbs. |
