yes they are popping up everywhere in Miami now. statistics saw they cause more accidents than anything else because people slam on the breaks to avoid getting a picture taken causing another asshole behind them to slam into them.

I cant stand people that run red lights I fucking HATE THAT. Ive had a near miss with almost being hit by an asshole running their red light and I have seen so many assholes run red lights. Seriously WTF! Gets me so angry.
