that driver should be incinerated. the pedestrians are already almost halfway through the lane. he/she should have stopped for a minute.  |

yeah, but lets be honest, if you're a pedestrian you can't expect people to stop for you. EYE CONTACT is key. Yes, pedestrians are supposed to have the right of way, but when its me vs a 3Klbs vehicle traveling at 30mph, I'll error on the side of, there's a dumbass driving that vehicle I'll wait till its absolutely safe to cross the road.
