the car stopped further down the road and the woman you can see walking towards the boy at the end. probably realized her license plate was seen by many bystanders already. |

What's worse is that the car after him just drives by and the 3rd one looks inconvenienced and pulls up 2 ft away and stays in the car. Russia i assume? |
