It's a dash camera that's always on. Common in countries where car crash insurance scams happen. But it doesn't look to me like the woman could have reasonably stopped in time. The kid came outta nowhere and ran right in front of her car. She had run him over before she could even react. Whether the reaction was to brake or accelerate probably doesn't matter at that point.  |

But if she was already driving, the gas pedal was in use so how she can mistake brake and gas pedal when the foot was already on the gas pedal?

Um, no. Right hand drive in Russia. Generally speaking, the only places that drive on the left are the UK and places that used to be UK colonies, like Australia, India, Hong Kong, etc. |
