65 Year Old Woman Dies by the Wheels of a Bus
Brazil, The 65 year old woman that died by the wheels of a bus was a well-known person amongst merchants in the region. They were heartbroken and shocked at what happened. In an interview residents said that the avenue is well known to have similar accidents and disrespect on the part of both bus drivers and micro-buses of alternative transportation CCTV shows that the driver of the bus saw the elderly woman, who had a disease in her leg and used a crutch. According to witnesses, the driver fled the area and was caught at an intersection in a different neighborhood. The case was registered in the 9th Integrated Police District (DIP), in São José. After being heard, the driver of the bus was released. |

The bus driver was RELEASED?! "Well, Your Honor, company policy mandates that we must stop for four seconds, longer if someone is boarding the bus. Since nobody boarded my bus in the required four seconds, I HAD to continue on."  |

Unless the bus made just turned the corner to the stop, she should have seen the bus coming and she should have been on her feet as the bus pulled up...she slipped and fell off the curb... sorry lady
