65 Year Old Guy on Bicycle Involved in Hit and Run at Gas Station
An elderly person, who was on a bicycle was being run over and the driver of the vehicle fled without providing assistance to the victim. The accident occurred around 6:40 am, last Friday when 65-year-old R. L. da S, who works as a watchman was on his bicycle when a car driver who came from the gas station ran him over and fled the scene. R was taken to the Hospital in serious condition. He injured the knee of the right leg and the femur of the left leg. He also suffered a strong impact on the chest, caused internal bleeding, which left fluid in the lungs and various abrasions throughout the body. |

~ Obviously, the driver made a total circle just to run him over, then fled. ~ The only excuse the driver can possibly make is that he saw the biker but though he was going straight, as he got distracted, by like putting away the change/card after getting gas. ~ Then the driver panicked & drove away, hoping it never happened. |
