5 Killed when Careless Trucker Hits Max Allowed Vehicle Height Poles
A Chinese trucker managed not to notice a set of heavy poles fixed above the road, indicating the maximum allowed height of vehicles on that street, which his truck exceeded. While he managed to survive the crash, his carelessness had grave costs for those inside a car that happened to be driving in the opposite direction at the time. The metallic poles came crashing down on the vehicle, instantly killing all five passengers. |

I guess to save a few thousand-hundred thousand bucks...the departments responsible for road safety did not want to bother in making these poles or whatever the fuck they are, be as safe as possible, especially in the event of a careless accident like this trucker caused.
