5 Injured when Boat Catches Fire After Oil Barrel Explosion
A boat carrying fuel went up in flames on Friday afternoon (8), after one of the oil barrels exploded. The boat was at the port of Igarapé-Miri, located in the municipality of Chaves, in Marajó. According to information from the government of Pará, at least five people were injured.

I noticed two people swimming a bit to the right of the telephone pole right at the end of the clip. Possibly jumped ship from the stern and noping the fuck out?

It looks to me like the fueling hose came loose or broke. Then the guy is trying to shut if off. Then it lights off, and everyone does the fire dance.
