Pennsylvania. No idea why. maybe a stroke.

Sure does look like something medical. Usually you get at least a little warning that something is happening to you with a stroke, but it still could be. I was thinking maybe a seizure or cardiac arrest? I've transported patients a couple of times after an accident caused by passing out from diabetic ketoacidosis, so there's that too. It could be anything, I guess, but those are the things that come to mind first for me.

Looks as though there was either a electro-mechanical or drive malfunction. Glad nobody was injured.

Yeah, like the driver is starting to have problems and slowly drifts into the other lane then perhaps blacks out or completely passes out and their foot hit the accelerator.
