4 Killed when Car Hits Bus Head-on
The death toll in Puthuppally accident where a car and KSRTC bus collided, has reached four. 10-year- old A, who was undergoing treatment at ottayam Medical College, died on Saturday morning. A. is the son of J. who also died in the accident. Out of the five people who were travelling in the car, four lost their lives, including J’s father M. (70) and KK J. (33). Another child who suffered serious injuries is undergoing treatment at Kottayam Medical College. The car rammed into the KSRTC bus that was travelling to Ettumanoor from Changanassery. The front part of the car was completely destroyed. The people who were trapped inside the car were rescued by Fire and Rescue personnel. |
