Driver of the small wagon that took a hit from the rear of the car on the right may have been severely hurt or killed.

The accident doesn't look like it should have killed 4 people. Doesn't look like it was high speed. Updates? Which cars had the fatalities? What were their injuries?

Yeah, that guy didn't even look at any of the other passengers to see if they were OK! He just looked in his car and went around the other side and looked at his car and then went back and opened his door! What a fucker... he had more than enough time to stop, he probably had his head up his ass on his cell phone or something. Or even worse, he had a scratch on his front bumper and saw his chance to cash in and get his new bumper!

Head-on crashes are always nasty. This accident is a good example of why I'm in favor of highways that are divided by concrete medians or tension-cable guardrails.
