A head-on collision involving a GM/Celta vehicle, driven by a 48-year-old woman who had a 54-year-old woman and another woman as a passenger. 20 years old, and a Citroen C4 vehicle, driven by a 26-year-old man, who had a 24-year-old woman as a passenger.

According to information from the PM, the Citroen vehicle was traveling along the SC-410 highway, heading from Tijucas to Canelinha, and the GM/Celta vehicle was heading towards Canelinha to Tijucas, when near km 10, 650 there was a head-on collision.

The police were unable to talk to the driver of the Citroen, as he was taken to the São José Regional Hospital by the Archangel Aircraft of the Fire Department with serious injuries.

The passenger of the Citroen vehicle was also not heard, as she was taken to the Hospital, by Aircraft Arcanjo do Bombeiro Militar with serious injuries.

The three occupants of the Celta car died at the scene of the accident. Through the analysis of a video from a surveillance camera in the vicinity of the location, it can be seen that the Citroen vehicle overtakes in a prohibited place, thus colliding head-on with the GM/Celta vehicle that was traveling in the opposite direction, the 3rd vehicle that the Citroen overtook was not identified, it did not remain at the collision site.

In view of the facts, the police concluded that the probable author of the fact was the driver of the Citroen car, due to the fact that he had driven without attention and care essential to traffic safety, when he overtook in a place prohibited by the signage, the which is visible.

Fuck a duck that was neck breaking!! I am not surprised 3 died in this wreck! Such a shame too. It just breaks my heart to know that young people have been killed. It just doesn't seem fair that a person who's brain hasn't even finished forming yet has to lose their life so young.
