Denver police say 3 people were injured after a car crashed through a restaurant window.
It happened Saturday nov 9 at Pho 7, a Vietnamese restaurant in a strip mall at Hampden and Florence.
Police and witnesses say a man had been driving his silver BMW erratically in the parking lot and was confronted by a bystander.
The bystander got into an argument with the driver who then accelerated and crashed into the restaurant.
"There was a guy on the hood of the car and he was reaching through the sunroof, punching the guy in the driver's seat and then the car went through the store front," witness Rollie Snyder said. "Not your typical day at work."
"A bunch of us were running down there to make sure people were okay," witness Terry Cooper said.
Police spokesman Sonny Jackson says the bystander and two diners were hurt but their injuries weren't believed to be life threatening.
Police chased the driver for several blocks to Rosamond Park off Tamarac Drive and used a Taser to subdue him.
Police believe the driver was drunk and he also claimed to be in a gang.
