Maybe. Depends on the amperage (amps, not volts). While 240 will smack you good and hard, it will usually kick you loose. Like it did at the end. Metal ladder, metal staircase and bare shins touching the ladder. Double whammy. Am sure someone on here can explain better.
Lastly the neck snap off the railing certainly didn't help. Damn
