2-year-old Child Opens a Car's Rear Passenger Door Making Bikers Fall
A 25‑year‑old motorcyclist riding between lanes hit the open door, lost control, and fell. Another motorcyclist behind him could not stop in time and ran over the fallen rider. The first rider suffered a broken arm and was taken to Kuala Lumpur Hospital. The second rider had minor injuries. Police say the child safety lock was not activated. The case is under investigation for careless and inconsiderate driving. |

BWAHAHAHAH!!!! OTOH, lane splitting or (separately) filtering forward can unfortunately sometimes be safer than remaining in-lane sandwiched between annoyed commuters in their big metal crushy death boxes. Just can't win, maybe don't ride donorcycles? "There's a yuppie on a cellular phone, I'm gonna puke if I hear any more- There's a motorcycle zoomin' by, now watch what happens when I open my door-" Weird Al, Traffic Jam. |
