Seems like the vehicle they hit is parked there like the ones on the other side of the street. Guess they didn't know it was meant for parking, not whipping carelessly around other vehicles.

Makeup face on the airbags! I was on a call (car accident) where a drunk lady was claiming she was the passenger, and the guy who was driving ran off. However, the makeup face on the airbag told a different story. She got to ride in the back of a police cruiser instead of my ambulance. |
