Thursday, Novgorod, Russia, An intoxicated motorist crashed into a group of people at a bus stop and disappeared into the scene, but was found by the police two hours later. The accident killed two women while four other people were injured.

Results of the medical examination showed the 27-year-old had 1.38 promille of alcohol in his blood which equals drinking a bottle of vodka.

Police also found that the offender was recently allowed the right to drive again after he was 18 months deprived of driving a car for driving under the influence.
