i would never walk behind a reversing vehicle.. u never know when the driver mistaken the accelerator as brake.  |

reminds me of something that happened to me.i went to walmart,as i was leaving,i was starting to back up,saw two older women starting to walk right behind me.i stop,they BOTh waved at me to go ahead and back up...then stepped right behind my truck..one woman slammed her fist on my rear toolbox and broke her hand ( i didnt know this at first)..then began cussing me..i got out and they began a real bitch session..BUT..a cop happened to be a few yards away and saw the entire thing..the woman with the broken had was in her 90s...and the cop took her ass to jail..he told her she would have to explain to a judge that she didnt intentionally walk behind me to be able to sue me...i ended up having to testify...and the judge locked her ass up for 12 months..turns out she and her daughter..the woman with her,had a history of injury lawsuits....great call on that cops part.

Or you just fucking wait for them to pass by. Common fucking curtesy. Waiting a few more seconds for people to be clear from your reversing car, is not a bad thing. Smfh. We fucking share the fucking roadways, parking lots, sidewalks with everyone else.  |
