Wrong banking method. They were almost in the outer part of the curve when they banked. Oh well.... at least they did not take out other innocent people with that stunt. Hopefully they were those "two elements in a motorcycle" trying to get away after a hit. "Karma hits back" stuff. |

In first world countries, i think they can also sue the car owner for that rusty obstruction parked in the road. Sort of "they would have negotiated that curve successfully if the car was not there in the first place" argument. and make the car owner pay up.

Also in first-world countries, the car owner could make a phone call and those suing would never be heard from again.

Nah. Third world people especially Spanish speaking countries does that most of the time. First world are big on law and lawyers stuff. and they settle most arguments over a table with pencils as weapons.
