It's a construction zone... SLOW THE FUCK DOWN! The motorcycle was ALMOST able to avoid the truck. If he had been going just a little slower he could have. |

I don't know for sure it was a construction zone, the dividers sometimes are alternate colors in other countries as normal, but they were going much faster than the grey truck right before them. Either way the truck didn't look thoroughly enough to see them coming...
