fucking asshole truck driver.... too many cunts in cars do this....i had the same thing happen to me, a guy went right towards a driveway so i made the move to go past on the left and then he swung back in to the driveway on the right cutting me off and breaking my ankle when it got caught between the car and the bike..... pricks.....use your fucking indicators cunts!! |

Yes, the trucker should have signaled, but the girl driving the scooter needs to be more careful, especially driving a scooter around a truck. If she'd slowed to wait and see what the truck doing, they'd have been fine. A little defensive driving would have helped here.

imo the truck was a bit swerving and not entirely driving in the correct lane so when they approach you see the truck going a bit left in the correct lane so they probaly thought the trucker saw them in his mirrors and gave them opportunity to pass but then suddenly he turns right. no signalling or mirror check.
