2 Elderly Men in a Lada Killed when Rear-ending a Front End Loader in a Tunnel
The front end loader had its hazard warning lights on and the driver fenced the area off with traffic cones but the two elderly gents (both 73) didn't notice a thing and crashed into the back of the loader killing themselves on the spot.

I dunno. The van before then seemed a bit unsure of wtf was in front of him and seems to swerve a bit last minute. Maybe the view from behind wasn’t great
