19 Year Old Bicyclist Vs OSU Transit Bus

Stillwater, The Oklahoma State University Police Department released surveillance footage of an October 14, 2015 accident between a 19 year old bicyclist and an OSU transit bus on campus.

The collision occurred as the bicyclist turned in front of the bus as the bus attempted to pass him.

The police report concluded that the failure of the bicyclist to signal and the bus's insufficient clearance resulted in the accident, which left the bicyclist with a minor head injury.
